2 Minute Abs Workout…VIDEO
My fat body is not a problem to be solved.
I am not a “before” picture.
I am not a work in progress.
I am complete.
- 1 bowl of fibre cereal with strawberry yogurt and 1/2 a banana
- 1 apple
- 3 clementines
- 1 fibre oat and peanut butter bar
- 1 massive salad (spinach, cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, cauliflower, radishes, celery, onions and firm tofu dressed in lime juice and olive oil)
I need to get back into my healthy lifestyle and routine because I’ve really been straying from it these days. I’ve always found that the fitblr community has helped me. Sometimes, it’s pushed me into some unhealthy situations, but I believe I’m strong enough to not take myself back to that place again. Let’s see how it goes!! :)
